Although we have never met Sandra Herzik, we feel we know her quite well.  She represented us in the sale of a piece of property we had in Texas.  We now live in Utah, so all of our business was done via phone or e-mail.  Sandra gave us such good service.  Any time we called her, if she wasn't available right then, (which was rare) she always got back to us within a few hours.  Since we were in another state, we called her often for updates on what was happening with the properties surrounding ours, as well as what new businesses had moved into the area.  She always gave us thorough and extensive updates.  No matter how many times we called or e-mailed, she was always  courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with.  We felt that she was really interested in marketing our property and went beyond what other agents would have done.  We received cards from other agents in the area wanting to represent our property; however, we were sure we were getting the best service possible from Sandra and wouldn't think of changing agents.  When she sold our property, of course, we were pleased; however both of us said that we would miss speaking with Sandra.  If you're looking for a great agent who will truly be interested in your property, we feel you couldn't do any better than Sandra Herzik.
